ভুল/ড্যামেজ পণ্য হলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় তার কাছেই রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন
মাইন্ড চেঞ্জের কারণে অথবা প্রদত্ত লোকেশানে উপস্থিত না থাকার কারণে অথবা পণ্য পরিপূর্ণরূপ মনোঃপুত না হলে ডেলিভারি এজেন্ট থাকা অবস্থায় শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ+প্যাকেজিং খরচ প্রদান করে রিটার্ন করা যাবে।
